Beth Carlson's ability to constantly capture an individual animal’s personality and physical characteristics can be directly attributed to her far-reaching knowledge pertaining to animals in general. In the relatively short time that Carlson has been painting, her work has graced the covers of: Gray’s Sporting Journal, The Field Trial Magazine, The Pointing Dog Journal and The Chronicle of the Horse. She is represented in galleries across the country and one of her paintings hangs in The Bird Dog Museum Hall of Fame in Grand Junction, Tennessee.

Beth and her husband, Peter, live on their salt-water farm on the coast of Maine.
